Immersed in the green woods of the Senese hills, the beating heart of Tuscany, lies the La Villa estate.
Characterized by a large park with swimming pool, gazebo, barbecue area and relaxation area, the farmhouse stands out for its strong link with the Tuscan tradition: a suggestive path will guide you to discover the woods surrounding the farm among olive trees and fields of lavender in bloom, among which you can forget the passage of time and enjoy the charms of nature.
Il Castagno
The “Chestnut house” apartment is the largest in our company; it is spread over its 135 square meters on the first floor of the farmhouse, reachable through a private entrance with an independent stone staircase.
To welcome you a large living area characterized by furnishings exquisitely linked to Tuscany, whose flagship is certainly the ancient fireplace that triumphs inside the room.
There is also a large wooden table ideal for your lunches in the company of friends and guests; sofas and armchairs to relax on.
The living area and kitchen merge to create a functional open space and all the appliances (equipped with induction, fridge, freezer and dishwasher) necessary to underline the idea of home, sharing and hospitality that we want to convey.
The three bedrooms are spacious and bright: each with three beds (double bed and single bed) with the possibility of adding a cot for children, each of them also has access to its own private bathroom.
L’Olivo
Olive Tree House is the last newly renovated apartment of our company, with its 85 square meters it extends on the ground floor of the farmhouse, reachable through a private entrance overlooking our park.
To welcome you, a large living area characterized by furnishings exquisitely linked to the Tuscan tradition, with the use of wood and marble from the Sienese hills.
A large dining table in chestnut wood will welcome you in our living room, sofas and armchairs on which to relax comfortably complete our relaxation area.
The living area and kitchen merge to create a functional open space equipped with all appliances (oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher kettle, coffee machine, toaster) necessary to underline the idea of home, sharing and hospitality that we want to convey.
The two bedrooms are spacious and bright, both with double beds and with the possibility of adding a cot for children.
On the outdoor patio, in front of one of the two double bedrooms, you can relax and enjoy your private Jacuzzi.

We are pleased to welcome you to our Cherry Tree House, the last newly renovated jewel of the Agriturismo La Villa.
Located on second floor, built among the rocks of the typical Senese countryside, our new home will be ready to lull you into all kinds of comforts: free wifi, swimming pool, barbecue area, air conditioning, smart TV. private parking, wood and private garden, just 40 steps away, overlooking our lavender and olive grove.

The two bedrooms are a perfect mix between rustic and modern, very bright with the possibility of adding a cot for children.
You will have access to the entire area (about 1 hectare) starting from the house to the garden with swimming pool and to the private wood in which the ancient Etruscan source stands out.
The newly built swimming pool, open from early may to end of september, extends into the most beautiful part of our park, surrounded by centuries-old oaks, the white travertine frames the 6 x 14 meters of space on which you can relax and cool off on the hottest days, at any time of day and night.
You can discover with us the country life, through visits to our fields of olive trees and lavender in bloom, assist us during the harvesting periods and taste our products: oil, lavender honey, lavender essential oil, all entirely organic
We also collaborate with many local businesses that will be at your disposal regarding; wine / oil tastings, horseback riding, mountain biking, visits to alpaca farms, educational farms and cooking classes
